  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a medical environment (e.g., OTA specialist, medical technology application, clinical support, physiotherapy)
  • High technical affinity and ability to explain complex relationships quickly and understandably
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Stress resistance and ability to remain calm in tense situations
  • Organizational and planning reliability, as well as a high degree of commitment
  • Valid class B driver's license and high willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (level C1) in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

  • Training and support for doctors and OP personnel before and during operations in handling the Mako system in South Hesse/Rhineland-Palatinate
  • OP instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and its installed applications (sled for hip and knee TEP)
  • Software explanation to prepare preoperative CT data compatible with Mako and support the doctor in preoperative planning
  • Creation of previews of upcoming operations with the Mako system
  • Planning, organization, and execution of training programs as well as presentations for users from OP and radiology areas
  • Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the sales team for endoprosthetics
  • Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade fairs and congresses
