Candidates should possess prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing position. They must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, along with experience utilizing CRM software and project management tools. Furthermore, candidates are expected to exhibit a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects simultaneously, coupled with excellent listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understanding. Go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learn, the ability to work independently, and prior remote working experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English are required, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
The Account Manager will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives. They will be responsible for client onboarding and offboarding, communicating progress on initiatives to leadership, preparing monthly reports, collaborating with the finance team on invoicing, and assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory and provide support for client employees regarding payroll and reimbursements.
Platform for managing product data and assets
