Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of recruiting experience, MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Support company talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the business objectives of TTC
  • Build relationships and partner with HR business leaders and hiring managers to understand open positions and hiring needs
  • Source and attract candidates through a variety of methods
  • Identify and recommend process improvements; participate as a member of project teams
  • Actively engage in recruiting activities aimed at reaching a diverse pool of candidates including but not limited to women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities
  • Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews
