Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across Canada for a variety of roles, proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies. They will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, conduct screening calls and interviews, manage end-to-end recruitment administration, and collaborate with colleges, universities, and industry groups to support early talent pipelines. Additionally, this role involves coordinating pre-employment processes, onboarding activities, and contributing to broader HR initiatives, while representing ACCIONA at recruitment events and maintaining data accuracy within Workday.
