Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of proven track record in recruitment for non-technical positions, including leadership roles, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also exhibit a strategic mindset with experience in solving complex talent acquisition challenges and implementing creative hiring strategies, along with strong stakeholder management experience at a senior leadership level.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, engage, and attract experienced hires for the business through various sourcing methods, leveraging technology such as applicant tracking systems to track applicants. They will proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates, partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience, collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build a customer-centric culture, and provide market insight to the business, including competitive intelligence and compensation trends. They will also own the end-to-end candidate experience as Diligent scales and grows, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
