Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA (Go-To-Market)

Deel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the candidate experience for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles in EMEA, specifically supporting our Sales team. Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage the candidate experience for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles in EMEA, supporting the Sales team.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire exceptional talent.
  • Collaborate to create and maintain clear and consistent candidate scorecards, ensuring alignment on success criteria.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Deel’s product and business to identify candidates who will thrive.
  • Continuously improve interview processes for efficiency and a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates in collaboration with leadership.
  • Contribute to fostering and preserving Deel’s culture by ensuring hires align with core principles and values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role, focusing on recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) at a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to hire top talent efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of candidate-related topics such as compensation, equity, immigration, and related considerations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.

  • Experience as both an internal recruiter and an external agency recruiter.
