Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide best-practice guidance
Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and a great candidate experience
Coordinate offers and negotiations in line with company policies
Use data insights to inform decisions and keep stakeholders updated
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting inclusive hiring practices
Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Organize and actively participate in employer branding and recruitment events, collaborating with other departments
Drive EB and Recruitment Marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and leverage talent pipelines
Support Haleon’s manufacturing site in Slovakia, leading recruitment for diverse positions across the plant and related functions, and partner on hiring for Quality & Supply Chain in Slovakia
