Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales & GTM roles — SDRs, AEs, AMs, Sales Ops, and more
  • Partner with Business Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams
  • Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent
  • Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious sellers
  • Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion
  • Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class
  • Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler
