Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate trilingually (English / Mandarin / Japanese) to work with both Japan and international APAC stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence, and quality of resumes provided
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes
