The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruiting and recruiting leadership across various contexts, and 8+ years of industry experience managing, designing, and delivering data, insights, and technology solutions in the HR domain. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis is required, along with a strong understanding of the talent data landscape and its contributing functions and processes.
The Talent Acquisition Data Reporting Analyst will build and evolve the Recruiting Data Strategy, design metrics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards. Responsibilities include performing advanced data analysis, developing a reliable Headcount Plan, building custom reports, conducting ad hoc data blending, and developing system audits to ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements. The analyst will also act as a liaison between business and technical teams, identify opportunities for improved data processes and reporting automation, oversee candidate data governance, and adopt new analytics tools and methodologies.
