Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the Unions and Taft-Hartley sector, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to Taft-Hartley plans and Unions. Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers and influencers, is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to travel as needed (50%). An entrepreneurial focus and tolerance for ambiguity are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Taft-Hartley Sales Director will develop a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Carrot’s Family-Building services to union and Taft-Hartley entities, identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attend industry conferences and events, drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and contracts, collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, conduct market research, and monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
