Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced TA Expert & Community Lead in EMEA to scale our customer-led regional growth strategy. This role involves replicating and optimizing a successful model of curated events, product education, and early-stage sales activation across core EMEA cities. You will own the region's community-led growth initiatives, fostering meaningful connections and driving impact across the customer funnel. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, tools, processes, community building, and who thrive at the intersection of education, advocacy, and hospitality.

    • Customer learning breakfasts featuring local case studies and CS support.
    • Evening dinners for customers and prospects, curated by persona and theme.
    • Partner cocktail events or roundtables co-hosted with local ecosystem players (VCs, Talent Communities).
  • Build and nurture relationships with TA leaders in the region.
  • Manage event operations end-to-end: venue selection, invitations, post-event recaps, and feedback loops.
  • Continuously improve and innovate event strategies to provide meaningful customer experiences.

Drive Customer Education (20% of time)

  • Design and lead live sessions on activating key Ashby features and emerging TA trends.
  • Collaborate with CS and Product Marketing on the Ashby Hidden Gems program.
  • Develop and distribute product tips, dashboards, and internal comms templates to enhance customer proficiency.

Host Bi-Weekly Product Demos (10% of time)

  • Conduct open demos for prospective customers not yet in the sales funnel.
  • Tailor demo sessions to specific audiences (recruiters, founders, RevOps, etc.).
  • Showcase how Ashby drives better hiring outcomes.
  • Actively promote product demos to generate interest.
  • Capture themes and questions to inform demand generation and product strategy.

Expand EMEA Marketing Strategy (15% of time)

  • Identify and own areas for growth, such as local partnerships, a newsletter for EMEA TA leaders, or scalable customer advocacy plays.
  • Deepen Ashby's brand presence and trust in the region through consistent and thoughtful engagement.
  • Build relationships with emerging communities, vendors, and TA-focused businesses.
  • Expand Ashby's signature events strategy to major European hubs beyond current activity in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as an Ashby power user or strong familiarity with Ashby and its benefits.
  • A deep understanding of the product and Ashby community, championing good recruiting practices.
  • A willingness to dive into dashboards, workflows, and templates.
  • A reputation within organizations as the go-to expert on TA process and tooling.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at facilitating sessions, writing summaries, and explaining technical concepts.
  • A passion for curating experiences, connecting people and ideas, and energy from hosting and matchmaking.
