  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with vendors
  • Research skills for evaluating vendors on talent quality and rates
  • Negotiation skills for pricing and service concerns with vendors
  • Capability to monitor vendor performance and prepare weekly reports using ATS
  • Knowledge of crisis management, safety communication, and workforce ramp-ups/demobilizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan ensuring alignment with Air Products’ business strategy
  • Provide administrative support for Regional TA Contingent Workforce Manager on outsource staffing for KSA and ME region
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition Specialist/Hiring Managers to obtain Talent Requisition Forms and Job Descriptions
  • Review incoming job requisitions for completeness, schedule intake calls if required
  • Liaise with vendors and TA Specialists to source relevant CVs for hiring managers
  • Facilitate recruitment and selection processes to support timely hiring per quality standards
  • Organize and manage recruitment campaigns (local and overseas), including liaison with agencies and preparation of materials
  • Develop, maintain, and update recruitment database for future manpower needs
  • Manage and create a ready pipeline of quality candidates for future vacancies
  • Coordinate and manage commercial cost proposals from vendors, prepare summaries, and secure approvals
  • Assess and recommend appropriate vendors for contractor mobilization based on cost, timeline, and experience
  • Manage mobilization process by liaising with vendors and contractors for earliest joining
  • Manage contractors' grievances and issues, resolving them timely with vendors
  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
  • Conduct research on vendors to identify best talent providers with competitive rates
  • Meet with vendors to assess services, negotiate pricing, and address concerns
  • Monitor performance of approved staffing agencies for efficient candidate supply and improvements
  • Prepare weekly reports using applicant tracking systems and communicate recruitment status to managers
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
  • Manage mobilization and demobilization of workforce ramp-ups
  • Handle crisis management and safety communication using internal standards
