Responsibilities

Support and maintain Nasdaq’s Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira
Provide end-user support to approximately 1400 users across 20+ countries
Maintain master data, add resources, build teams, add/update/close projects, and add subtasks in projects
Drive application improvements and automation
Run month-end reporting for Business Control
Collaborate with the Jira Admin
Run regression testing in connection to Jira upgrades
Connect with/advise key stakeholders on improvements
Maintain user and system documentation
