Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Nasdaq’s Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira
  • Provide end-user support to approximately 1400 users across 20+ countries
  • Maintain master data, add resources, build teams, add/update/close projects, and add subtasks in projects
  • Drive application improvements and automation
  • Run month-end reporting for Business Control
  • Collaborate with the Jira Admin
  • Run regression testing in connection to Jira upgrades
  • Connect with/advise key stakeholders on improvements
  • Maintain user and system documentation
