Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support within a B2B SaaS environment. A strong understanding of API integrations, proven project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, and SAP is necessary, and experience with SQL or other query languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Systems Integration Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams regarding integrations and API issues, serving as an escalation point for unresolved customer inquiries. They will manage and troubleshoot integration challenges by collaborating with internal teams, oversee customer integration projects from planning through execution, and develop customized integration plans and schedules. Additionally, the manager will work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common difficulties, maintain in-depth knowledge of Deel's product suite and integrations, create and update resources for self-service integrations, and communicate project status and issues regularly to Onboarding Managers and CSMs, while guiding customers through integration and troubleshooting processes.
