Requirements

The Systems Engineer I requires 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly managing a medium/large size environment, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure AD, working knowledge of ITIL processes, a Microsoft O365 Certification, an Azure Certification, an ITIL Certification, experience with Microsoft 365 suite products and solutions, the ability to build and execute PowerShell scripts, general knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, SMTP), knowledge of Slack administration, and knowledge of Identity management products such as Okta.

Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer I will serve as a global technical & customer service role providing L3 Microsoft365 Suite support and participating in various technology initiatives & projects, managing and supporting the company’s Microsoft 365 environment to ensure system availability, integrity, security, and support of internal end-users globally, ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability, configuring and maintaining policies, settings, and packages within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, promoting innovative solutions to internal clients regarding Microsoft Productivity offerings, driving continuous improvement efforts, taking ownership of issues through resolution or escalation, and working with various teams to learn about new technologies.
