Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for defining and managing the scope of business and functional requirements to support systems and projects, maintaining active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leading requirements gathering meetings, creating feature test strategies and environment needs to support cloud based web applications, documenting and executing or overseeing the execution of test cases for end-to-end testing, providing the link between the technical and business views of the system, applying and mentoring use of tools to define requirements anticipating business need to support Crisis Management Services, anticipating and identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting audit reviews and providing evidence, ensuring high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements, assisting in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs, researching and troubleshooting production issues, supporting verification and testing of data imports and exports of the system, and facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing in working with business.
