Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications or infrastructure. They must have experience leading teams and demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with hands-on full-stack development experience utilizing technologies such as Angular, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server/DB2, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and GitHub. A working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, Scrum, Object-Oriented Principles, Design Patterns, and Continuous Improvement Processes is also required. Experience with VSTS, Nuget Packages, and telemetry tools like Dynatrace AppMon and Dynatrace Managed is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will directly work with key client stakeholders to define business problems and solution requirements for the Value Based management application, ensuring business value and communicating outcomes. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing quality assurance protocols for software systems, overseeing development, testing, and debugging processes, and crafting effective solutions. This individual will investigate user feedback and make pertinent adjustments or recommendations to rectify sophisticated software challenges. Furthermore, they will contribute to shaping the department’s strategy, autonomously making informed decisions on moderately complex to intricate project components, and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
