They should demonstrate expertise in various marketing channels including SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, product marketing, brand partnerships, paid search & social, events & activations, PR & comms, and direct mail, along with a strong understanding of growth marketing principles and data analytics.
The SVP of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, overseeing and optimizing all marketing channels to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs). They will lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team, be willing to engage in hands-on campaign execution, utilize analytics to refine strategies, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure holistic growth. Furthermore, they will champion the Parsley Health brand and manage PR and communications efforts.
