Proven success in scaling engineering organizations while maintaining speed and quality is essential.
The SVP, Engineering will define and own the long-term technology strategy, serving as a thought partner to executive leadership and representing engineering at the board level. Responsibilities include scaling and mentoring the engineering organization, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of features and platform initiatives. The role also involves overseeing technical architecture, system design, and driving best practices for cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, while collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and HITRUST.
