Position Overview

This role is responsible for promoting and marketing surgical products and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and market surgical products/instrumentation.
  • Develop commercial proposals for equipment and follow up until closing.
  • Provide commercial advice and product training to assigned accounts within your territory.
  • Offer clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal product outcomes for patients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients in your territory, aligned with Alcon's values.
  • Collect and update market data.
  • Plan and report activities in SalesForce according to Alcon's promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Base City: Medellín
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel for field activities (3-4 days per month).
  • Skills:
    • Customer relationship management (internal and external clients).
    • Analytical skills for business-related information.
    • Strategic planning and organization of time and territory.
  • Experience:
    • Previous commercial experience.
    • Desirable experience in the medical equipment industry.
  • Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, etc.
