Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with at least 2 years of experience in the ICT industry performing similar responsibilities. A methodical approach and the ability to coordinate a high volume of inbound support tickets are essential. Exposure to and a detailed understanding of technical concepts such as networking, compute, storage, AV equipment, and servers are required. Responsibilities

The Support Queue Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for incoming support tickets and will be responsible for assigning these tickets to the relevant teams or team members based on their content and the current work schedule. This role also involves performing initial client contact via phone.
