Requirements

Candidates should possess an excellent background in support or engineering, demonstrating strong cross-functional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product management, sales, and customers. Experience working with new products during their early lifecycle and a deep understanding of SASE-native secure browser technology are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Support Enablement and Escalations Engineer will handle escalated customer cases from support teams, proactively learning the Prisma Access Browser product before they reach Engineering. They will create and develop enablement materials such as troubleshooting documentation and processes, identify widespread issues, and communicate updates to the support teams. Additionally, this role involves identifying supportability and usability requirements for new releases, developing and delivering training materials for TAC, and working closely with the design phase and post-general availability to enhance features.
