Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in a consulting role, focusing on supply chain and operations
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operational transformation
  • Experience with digital supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus
  • Prior experience in a global consulting firm or industry leadership role is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across strategy, technology, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
