Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & responding to production volume and manpower needs in order to maximize productivity and ensure quality
  • Training, developing & supervising non-exempt associates
  • Promoting and maintaining high associate morale & safety
  • Coaching and counseling associate performance and attendance issues
  • Maintain established through-put standards
  • Meet budget goals and productivity standards
  • Developing and implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and safety of operations
