Responsibilities

  • Support Credit Research team: Conducting portfolio and/or fundamental credit analysis to assess risks and opportunities
  • Support Real Estate Investments team: Support and contribute to commercial mortgage loan (CML) due diligence activities, conduct CRE research, support new Real Estate web site development, assist with tax credit efforts (such as syndicator reviews and underwriting), and other projects as assigned
  • Support Client Advisory Services / Alternative Investments team: Collaborate on client-oriented tasks including reporting and due diligence, research and analysis of external manager investment opportunities
  • Partake in hands-on Investments projects and efforts
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of each area within the Investments team
  • Contribute to key business assignments that impact the company’s mission and vision
  • Participate in education sessions and connections with the team
