Candidates should be pursuing a degree in a related field with a graduation date in 2025, or be a new graduate with approximately one year or less of experience. A strong understanding of user research fundamentals and meticulous attention to detail are necessary. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player capable of managing multiple projects, thriving in a fast-paced setting as a proactive self-starter, and demonstrating a genuine curiosity or passion for sports. Experience with HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design, running usability tests, remote testing tools, surveys, analytics dashboards, or fantasy sports is considered a plus.
The User Research Intern will support research projects and assist in synthesizing findings for the team. They will monitor user app engagement metrics using internal dashboards, conduct benchmarking, and perform ongoing monitoring of competitors. Additionally, the intern will help set up and participate in UX quality assurance reviews.
