Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage subcontract agreements, service contracts, etc. from pre-award through close-out
  • Support or lead subcontractor meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Draft, issue, and manage contractual correspondence, including notices, RFIs, change orders, and payment certificates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely review and approval of subcontractor progress claims and invoices in line with project policies
  • Assist in preparation, analysis, and approval workflows for monthly progress claims and supporting documentation
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, identifying issues early and working collaboratively with teams to resolve potential delays or disputes
  • Perform other duties as related to the role
  • Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders such as construction, commercial, and technical disciplines to ensure subcontractor activities align with project schedule and deliverables
  • Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders
  • Support internal and external meetings related to subcontract administration, commercial updates, and project controls
  • Perform other duties as related to project coordination & stakeholder engagement
