Responsibilities

Administer and manage subcontract agreements, service contracts, etc. from pre-award through close-out
Support or lead subcontractor meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives
Draft, issue, and manage contractual correspondence, including notices, RFIs, change orders, and payment certificates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely review and approval of subcontractor progress claims and invoices in line with project policies
Assist in preparation, analysis, and approval workflows for monthly progress claims and supporting documentation
Monitor subcontractor performance, identifying issues early and working collaboratively with teams to resolve potential delays or disputes
Perform other duties as related to the role
Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders such as construction, commercial, and technical disciplines to ensure subcontractor activities align with project schedule and deliverables
Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Support internal and external meetings related to subcontract administration, commercial updates, and project controls
Perform other duties as related to project coordination & stakeholder engagement
