Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will inspire and motivate students
Self-motivated with a talent for identifying improvements and initiating projects
Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Technically proficient with experience working in G-suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills, resilient, and a visionary thinker
Effective coaching skills

Responsibilities

Motivate students and help them find their purpose by assisting in designing their life plans and achieving their goals
Champion students' journeys from enrollment to graduation by managing an active portfolio of up to 75 students, closely monitoring their progress, intervening to prevent disengagement and dropouts, and serving as the primary point of contact with regular meetings to proactively address needs and challenges
Elevate the student experience through collaboration and coordination by working closely with the Admissions department and other internal teams to ensure seamless process integration and frequent communication
Safeguard students’ success through risk management by identifying and mitigating potential risks to academic and personal success, providing timely referrals for those at risk
Get involved with the community by engaging in and promoting events that enhance the Campus community and encourage student participation
