Requirements

Fluency in English both written and spoken
At least 7 years of industry experience or a master’s degree in the relevant field
Technical competence in:
Quadrotor control systems and hardware
PID Controllers and advanced state estimation filters (EKF, UKF)
Automated Path Planning using graph algorithms
Coordinate systems (Rotation Matrices, Quaternions) and 3D robot motion control
Sensor Fusion and probabilistic methods for tracking and localization
Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking
Positive character and ability to create emotional ties with students
Flexibility to take on part-time work as an external contractor

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
Answer questions around course content and facilitate content for students who get stuck
Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support to students
Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when needed
