Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of Verse Partners, managing onboarding, performance, expansion, and issue resolution
  • Drive accountability across external teams to ensure partners meet key operational standards and metrics
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, ensuring alignment and mutual success
  • Drive increased output from partners by investigating and resolving systemic issues in partners’ or Verse’s processes
  • Improve team efficiency by identifying and resolving systemic bottlenecks in processes
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues and roll out long-term process and product improvements
