Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of successful client-facing consulting or strategy experience, with at least 4 years in a media-related role including media planning and/or buying, and 4+ years in an analytical role. Life Sciences experience is required, along with strong communication skills, the ability to write and speak clearly and confidently, and demonstrated experience managing projects and working effectively across functions and with peers. A Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Strategy Director, the individual will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within key Emerging Biotech accounts, including developing go-to-market strategies, identifying and resolving sales blockers, and ensuring the success of early adopters. This role involves collaborating with Account Partners as a market owner and subject matter expert, participating in mapping key targets and executing strategic account plans, effectively communicating the value of Crossix products to customers, and supporting delivery teams in utilizing products effectively. The role also includes owning adoption of the Crossix Suite within target accounts, leading go-to-market messaging for new products and features, forecasting product adoption, and ensuring early adopter success by defining target criteria, messaging value, and gathering customer feedback.
