Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA being preferred, and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations, ideally within management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast-paced environment. Strong academic achievement in both liberal arts and quantitative disciplines is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Operations Manager will conduct in-depth business and market research to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and provide an objective view on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions, and present key findings in concise reports. They will support the CEO in preparing high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board meetings and leadership presentations, and execute special projects as requested by the CEO and senior staff to drive business growth or operational results, while also supporting senior staff members across the organization on an ad-hoc basis.
