Strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot, along with experience using automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com is required. Advanced Excel or Sheets skills, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization are considered a plus.
The Strategy & Operations Analyst – AI Tools & Automation will partner with the CEO to operationalize strategy and accelerate key priorities, build lightweight AI-powered internal tools to streamline workflows, create and own project plans, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders, analyze trends in sales, marketing, merchandising, and ops to generate actionable insights, prepare executive updates, dashboards, and internal presentations, and work closely with department leaders to identify repetitive processes and launch automation pilots. They will also utilize generative AI tools to automate reporting, draft content, and develop workflows.
