This role provides planning support for business segments or the company at large. The work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Strategy Advancement Professional 2 leads initiatives to support MarketPoint's leadership team as a member of the Chief of Staff team. By analyzing complex business processes and issues using data from internal and external sources, this role will focus on communicating and preparing Board-ready presentation material. This role will execute a number of processes that advance the effectiveness of the leadership team and expect to use thorough analysis to produce recommendations and plans aligned with strategic initiatives. This role will need to understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding your own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
