Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Responsibilities

  • Abstimmung mit Kunden der Erwartungshaltung und Bedürfnisse für die Rekrutierung sowie Vorstellung unserer Service-Leistungen
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Kunden und Beratung zu unseren Dienstleistungen und Lösungen, um Kundenerfolg sicherzustellen
  • Überwachung der Performance und Optimierung von Kampagnen bei Bedarf
  • Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu verschiedenen Ansprechpartner*innen bei Kunden
  • Abstimmung zu verschiedenen Kundenthemen mit anderen Fachbereichen, z.B. Vertrieb, Online Marketing und Customer Service
