The Strategic Solutions Engineer will partner with Sales Directors to understand customer business goals, technical environments, and operational challenges, architecting AI-powered solutions using LLMs and SLMs. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions, qualifying and translating customer requirements into Cresta configurations, designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, owning the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements, running ROI workshops, and serving as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
