Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, along with 5 or more years of experience managing programs within fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments. They should have hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and high-volume manufacturing facilities, and demonstrate expertise in various manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, and Injection Molding. Strong program management skills, including risk management and time efficiency, are also required, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Program Manager, you will act as a customer advocate, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure exceptional experiences and foster long-term loyalty. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams to scope, plan, and execute customer programs, delivering on time and exceeding quality expectations. You will identify and mitigate risks early in the program lifecycle, offering proactive solutions and strategic guidance, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing valuable insights to both internal teams and customers. Furthermore, you will focus on continuous improvement, refining processes and driving operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, lead status meetings, and resolve blockers to ensure team alignment and success, and travel up to 25% of the time to visit customers and facilities.
