Omni: Product Manager (0-to-1, Onchain Trading)

About Omni

Omni is building a platform that provides users with single-interface access to the onchain economy. We are seeking early team members to help bring this ambitious vision to life.

Our team has previously built a platform that processed over $70 million, leading to an $18 million fundraise from top investors such as Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, and Coinbase Ventures, alongside angel investors like Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave) and Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon). We are experiencing rapid growth and require ambitious and experienced team members to help scale the future of crypto.

About the Role

The primary goal is to establish world-class product discovery practices, identify and dominate our first niche within the onchain trading ecosystem, and lay the foundation for Omni to become the go-to terminal for the onchain economy.

Outcomes

• Month 1: Implement a structured user research process and complete 20+ user interviews.
• Month 2: Launch initial experiments with measurable success criteria.
• Month 3: Establish robust build-measure-learn loops, enabling rapid product iteration based on continuous user feedback.

What Success Looks Like

• Daily engagement with users and weekly shipping of product improvements.
• Engineers are enthusiastic about sharing user insights.
• A clear thesis for our first niche is defined within 90 days.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in product discovery / 0-to-1 roles.
• Proven track record of achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) in ambiguous spaces.
• Excellence in user research and synthesis.
• Ability to work independently and move at a fast pace.
• Located in the US or Europe.
• Capability to quickly and efficiently translate user research into actionable engineering tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building products from scratch (0-to-1).

• Experience with trading platforms or financial products.
• Familiarity with crypto/DeFi (can be learned if you are sharp).
• Technical background (helpful but not required).
