Candidates should possess at least 3 years of publisher-side ad operations experience, with deep working knowledge of Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and trafficking logic. A strong QA mindset, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with basic HTML, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools are required. Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, accountability, and proactive problem-solving skills are also essential.
The Senior Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end campaign trafficking, QA, and launch in Google Ad Manager and SSPs, performing structured QA to ensure flawless setup. They will monitor campaign delivery daily, proactively identify and resolve pacing or performance issues, and analyze campaign and revenue data to surface optimization opportunities. Maintaining brand safety, viewability, and user experience standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting campaign wrap reporting, and contributing to the refinement of AdOps processes and tooling are also key duties.
