Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of sales, partnerships, or consulting experience, preferably in healthcare/healthtech or employee benefits
  • Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Ability for domestic travel as needed, minimally once per quarter
  • Excellent Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner activation programs that drive lead generation, pipeline progression, and revenue through reseller, health plan, and referral partnerships
  • Operationalize playbooks and training to accelerate partner readiness and effectiveness in positioning Carrot to their client bases
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for key partners, leading joint pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, marketing efforts, and other growth initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to implement scalable go-to-market programs and processes that improve partner engagement and outcomes
  • Define and track KPIs associated with partner-influenced revenue, lead generation, joint customer performance, and overall partnership satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to streamline activation workflows and improve partner experience
  • Represent Carrot in partner-facing meetings, trainings, and events to strengthen collaboration and drive adoption
