  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or data industries
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners at senior and executive levels
  • Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal structuring and execution
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills
  • Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyse white space and product knowledge to optimize partner engagement strategy
  • Achieve revenue retention and new business/revenue KPIs for the partner account and indirect customer relationships
  • Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integration and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations
  • Penetrate partner organizations across different functions and levels to establish, maintain and develop key partner relationships, with a focus on senior level engagement to influence new opportunities
  • Contribute to team’s operational and reporting framework requirements in order to drive overall team effectiveness
  • Manage and anticipate escalations around partner reporting and engagement to ensure compliance with license terms
