Responsibilities

Collaborates in developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and initiatives; viewed as a trusted advisor and asset by leadership in the analysis and mechanics of execution
Identifies improvement opportunities with regard to new business operations and process implementation based on division strategy and needs
Incorporates and leads structured organizational change methodology in all projects and execution design, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition(s) and that changes are effectively coordinated into the business
Maintains intimate knowledge of data sources and relevant data points to support ad hoc reporting requests and leverage data to provide insights
Responsible for development/collection/independent analysis and communication of return on investment on new initiatives, projects, and process redesign and implementation, in close collaboration with finance partners
Works with Sales Operations analysts to operationalize critical metrics and provide timely insight to the organization
Drafts executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings
Serves as an internal consultant and leader for project management and the associated sequencing and alignment of work streams and initiatives
