Responsibilities
The Strategic Community Specialist will gain a deep understanding of the German market to identify user and local moderator challenges and opportunities, iterate and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities and suggesting bold ideas, build strategic plans to cultivate and grow a local community of moderators, communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize the playbook, analyze data and set KPIs, execute impactful community initiatives, and work cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD to achieve aggressive goals and outcomes.
