Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers to drive relationships with our largest information provider accounts, impacting indirect client revenue and outcomes across hundreds of end customers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize partner engagement strategies, enhancing overall business growth
  • Achieve revenue retention and new business KPIs for partner accounts and indirect customer relationships
  • Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integrations and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations
  • Drive value for end customers by expanding access points across partner platforms
