Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or bioscience sales, a good understanding of gene synthesis and Antibody drug discovery, along with solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biopharma industry. A strong network within the biopharma and bioscience sectors, including key decision-makers and industry professionals is required, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Furthermore, candidates should have a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biosciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will develop and execute business strategies to expand market share in both Bioscience and Biopharma sectors, manage key customers and build strong, lasting relationships, develop strategic plans to introduce and promote Twist Biopharma Solutions to pharmaceutical, biopharma, and biotech companies, identify potential clients and decision-makers, research and prospect for new clients, collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, participate in pricing discussions and negotiations, handle objections and resolve differences effectively, present new products and services, coordinate with technical staff, organize and participate in client debriefs, attend industry events, present to management, identify sales opportunities, and capitalize on campaigns and distribution channels.
