Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Account Management and meeting and/or exceeding quota in the position
  • Proven ability to cross sell multiple products and experience selling at a B2B software company that is more a platform than point solution
  • Understanding of mortgage is strongly preferred
  • Past experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in learning about Fintech
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up
  • An eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly’s software offerings

  • Develop and deliver tailored, proactive responses to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term retention
  • Contribute to team objectives through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging insights to support shared success
  • Provide structured guidance and timelines on critical, client-facing initiatives, particularly for top-priority accounts, ensuring project success
  • Lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate performance, align on strategic objectives, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Stay attuned to evolving client needs and market trends, driving continuous engagement and value creation
