  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and introducing new products/services
  • Create and execute account plans through in-person customer visits and presentations, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges
  • Gain deep understanding of key accounts' business goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers internally and externally to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
