Requirements

Responsibilities

As a strategic account manager, you will guide clients through HRIS and payroll setup, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will support employees and contractors through onboarding, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment, identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability, collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and token operations to optimize workflows, provide feedback on product enhancements and operational challenges, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, advise on global payroll regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements in the crypto and Web3 space, build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support, and conduct regular check-ins and proactively address client needs.
