Responsibilities

  • Deliver continuous performance feedback and training to store management and sales associates
  • Foster a positive team environment by empowering participation in store initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement through recognition and performance training
  • Provide department insight on customer experience to district and corporate teams
  • Ensure customer service levels exceed expectations and lead customer experience segments
  • Motivate and coach team to achieve personal and store sales goals (including personal SPH goals)
  • Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and customer focus
  • Build repeat business using client program tools for data capture, outreach, and follow-up
  • Ensure teams receive customer service and product knowledge training
  • Model and enforce dress code compliance
  • Recruit high-level management candidates and develop store team to meet goals
  • Minimize turnover and contribute to long-term growth through recruitment and development
  • Clarify job expectations and facilitate training sessions for team skills
  • Coach and mentor staff for optimal results and succession planning
  • Lead new hire on-boarding and training
  • Ensure store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards
  • Reflect brand integrity through presentation, product, and people
  • Train and support team in store flips and merchandising needs
  • Follow merchandising/flip calendars and provide feedback to corporate and visual teams
  • Partner with District/Visual/Regional managers on initiatives
